Josephine is dedicated to helping children, young people, and families navigate mental health challenges with clarity and compassion. Dual-trained and licensed in both the UK and US, she specializes in an integrated approach to treating addiction and mental health disorders across the lifespan.

Her clinical practice focuses on children, adolescents, and family members struggling with mental health issues or affected by substance use in the family. Throughout her different roles, Josie acts as a guide and navigator, helping clients address identity struggles, behavioral challenges, and the complex dynamics of multicultural and intergenerational family dynamics.

With experience living internationally and working in strategic capacities across the US, UK, and EMEA regions, Josephine brings a nuanced, culturally-informed perspective to her work. She understands how culture, family history, stress and environments shape health, and tailors her approach to honor each client's unique context.

Beyond direct clinical work, Josie is committed to bridging gaps in mental health care through research, education, and advocacy - working to create better systems of support for the individuals and families she serves.
